Lavender oil is endlessly versatile. Use of lavender essential oil promotes relaxation and can treat anxiety, fungal infections, allergies, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea, and menstrual cramps to name but a few.

Ingredients: 

• Pure undiluted lavender (lavandin abrialis) essential oil.

Directions & storage: 

• Store out of direct sunlight.
• For a relaxing bath: add a few drops to your bath water.
• As massage oil: add a few drops to a carrier oil (like our Jojoba oil).
• As a home fragrance: use in a diffuser or oil burner.
• To promote calmness and better sleep: apply to the soles of your feet, your temples and your pillowcase; put 2 drops with a carrier oil in your hands, cup your mouth and nose and take deep breaths.
