Lemon verbena assists in the treatment of insomnia, insect bites and stings and can help to reduce joint pain when applied topically.

Ingredients: 

• Pure undiluted lemon verbena (Aloysia triphylla) essential oil.

Directions & storage: 

• Store out of direct sunlight.
• For a relaxing bath: add a few drops to your bath water.
• As massage oil: add 5 drops to 10ml carrier oil (like our Jojoba oil).
• As a home fragrance: use 3-6 drops in a diffuser or oil burner.
